Ground stop due to possible computer outage
ROMULUS, Mich. – A ground stop has been issued for Delta flights at Detroit Metro Airport due to a possible computer outage, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Delta Air Lines departures to and from DTW are grounded as the possible computer outage causes long lines and stops check-ins for passengers. This includes Delta subs.
Local 4 started receiving calls about the problem around 5 a.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2025.
